You can only redeem your voucher on board the bus. The bus staff will give you your catamaran ticket, which is located nearby Columbus.
In case of Catamaran cruise cancellation due to meteorological causes, an alternative day will be offered to the client, if this is not possible, a partial amount of the reservation will be refunded.
Please note that the catamaran schedules are informative and subject to availability.
Audio system adapted for people with auditory disabilities (multilingual looping system). Through this system, passengers will be able to listen to audio through your headphones without the need for wires. Seats that have this system are signaled and passengers who need the system to hear the audio will have priority.
Remember that pets are only allowed if they are transported in a basket suitably prepared.

3.00My husband and I have always been a fan of the hop on hop off buses, a great way to get an overview of a city that you are visiting for the 1st time. Traveling this time of year comes with hot days and major traffic. That combination, obviously due to no one’s fault, made for a very long experience. Just providing food for thought for others considering this. In addition, bringing your own headsets could possibly improve the quality of the audio.
Hop on Hop off, walk not hop, lots of traffic.

3.00It was a long trip on an extremely busy day, lots of traffic. The only way to know what you were looking at was audio from an ear piece. The volume wasn’t loud enough due to the traffic.

1.00There was only one time offered for the cruise portion of this event. It was at 7:30 PM and we had something else booked for the evening. They told us this after we already got on one bus that broke down. I would like a partial refund as we did hop on a different bus for a bit around town. I would like a refund from the Sailing portion which did not happen.

1.00The company shut off multiple locations without giving any notice. The when we walked to one of the open locations a bus never came. We waited two hours with no bus and no response from the company. I think they had closed out stop too without notifying anyone.

5.00The short city tour was a memorable experience. The audio guide is informative and detailed. We could not complete the tour because of time shortage. We would definitely book with this company on our next visit as well. The headset plugin is installed on the side and not in front of the seats, this is highly impractical and needs to be upgraded.

1.00Extremely disappointed and requesting a refund. I and many other tourists on June 9 were surprised to find many more than just the stop closings stated online were in effect. I have a guess that at least one whole line was closed. When asked for alternatives by staff posted at a single of these locations, people were turned away. When asked about other stops being open or closed, they didn't know. When asked the fastest way to get to the cruise tour, people were told to walk it. Also the tickets state 24/48 hours but this does not appear to be true. The clock seems to retroactively start at midnight which is very disappointing as I was hoping to try giving the tour another try today before the clock ran out. App doesn't work well at all and "live trackers" were anything but (Showed buses coming into stops that weren't in service that day). The stops are poorly marked if at all as well (again not sure if this is normal or not) I spent most of my morning and early afternoon searching for any of these buses and it took me until 4 pm to find a single 1 running (as opposed to the legions I saw the day before). But, of course, this was when I already gave up and got a cab to the place I wanted to go and wasted all that time. Idk about the quality of the actual tour since, after 3 hours of walking between stops, I never got on. There's a guided walking tour of the Gothic district included which is a little hard to spot and, because it's unclear, it only runs twice a day so check the schedule and BOOK beforehand. This whole thing kinda soured me on Barcelona for a minute there. If you're reading this during the 2026 pope visit, spend your money on people who care; both about you as a customer and Barcelona as the beautiful city you deserve to understand and enjoy. And, if not, well maybe it's fine then but don't expect help from anyone with this service (there's no phone number listed I could find).

1.00The audio was really disappointing. Most of the time you couldn’t see what the narrator was talking about either you hadn’t arrived at the spot yet or you had already passed it! It was very frustrating! Also, the advertising makes it sound like you’re gonna drive right past The landmarks when in fact they’re a couple blocks away. It’s just basically you better get off the bus if you want to see those.

5.00Great experience with City Tour Barcelona, hop on hop off tour. We got the 2 day ticket, which gave us lots of time to do the 2 routes from start to finish and then go back and exit where we wanted to. The commentary is available in multiple languages and ear buds were provided. The first stop on both lines is in the large square of Placa de Catalunya. You can’t miss seeing the buses, but there are different bus companies so make sure you are lining up for the correct bus company. I recommend starting at stop one, at least until you are familiar with the route, then you can hop on at other stops. Yes there are line ups at the first stop, especially in the early morning, but there are lots of buses so the wait is minimal. The green and red line depart from different sides of the square, there are lots of multi- lingual guides to ask if you are unsure where to catch the correct bus. The stops along the route are marked, not very obvious but I always take a picture of where I get off so I can find the stops later. You can also drop a pin at the stop location to help yourself find it. Most of the stops are close to the named attraction, Sagrada Família for example, but some are a bit of a walk eg Park Guell, Gothic Quarter. The map is pretty good, shows routes, where they intersect as well as walking paths and even a free walking tour. There is a eco- catamaran tour which we didn’t take but would be interesting to see the city from the water side. Highly recommend.
