In case of customer delay the activity will be reduced according to the lost time, which may cause a change in the route set. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is longer than 15 minutes and no refund of the amount paid will be made

Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
The tours are designed to make the indicated tour, and make a series of stops already set, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. It is important to note that the 60-minute tour does not stop. On the 120-minute tour you will stop in Montjuic, while on the 180- and 240-minute tours you will also stop in the Olympic Port and Pedralbes. Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs.
The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
The pick-up point is located where the lift access to the “Interparking Novedades” car park is located, located at Carrer de Casp 13 (08010), opposite the entrance of the ME Barcelona hotel. Please wait in front of the entrance elevator to the car park, at street level. Your driver-guide will come to that point to pick you up. What To Expect
Plaza de Toros Monumental de Barcelona
The Plaza Monumental de Barcelona is a bullring in the city of Barcelona. Inaugurated in 1914 under the name of Plaza de El Sport, it was immediately enlarged and renamed in 1916 under the name "Monumental".
Basilica de la Sagrada Familia
The Sagrada Familia is the undisputed icon of Barcelona and the masterpiece of Antoni Gaudí. It is the most visited monument in the city. Recognizable from afar by its towers that rise towards the sky, it has two exterior facades that impact the visitor. However, it is inside that Gaudí's genius is reflected. Currently the basilica is still under construction and its completion is scheduled for 2026.

1.00They never contacted us never sent us a text message never sent us an email saying that they weren't coming we walked all the way across town found the spot we were supposed to stay at another driver was there to drive someone else he told us hours was canceled.

4.00This was a great way to see much of the city in a short time. The tour took us to places we would never have visited on our own. We had many stops with great views for pictures. Tour guide was very cheerful and very knowledgeable about popular landmarks.

2.00We booked this tour with the description stating that we would have tickets to go into the Sagrada Familia. The tickets were not proved AND we stopped for only 30 seconds to point our camera and drove away. We could have booked another tour. Bad promotional description. We just drove around for four hours. Our driver was excellent, professional and courteous. This was not his fault. We have taken many tours with Viator in other cities. The price was not equal to the tour value.

5.00Dianna, our Tour guide was amazing. Her knowledge and driving skills were excellent. The biggest asset is that the tour begins at the place you can park. You don't have to search for parking. It does cost to park but it is worth it.

2.00We did the Eco Tour in Madrid and Sevilla and it was great but Barcelona was the worst. Cold reception. The itinerary doesn't meet our expectations. Our guide didn’t seem very well-informed. For the price, it was not worth it.

5.00This was one of the best tours I've done with Viator. Roger kept the whole tour interesting and was got a great overview of the entire city. He definitely knew exactly where to take us for great views and pictures. It was much better than a hop on and off tour. I highly recommend this tour! Try to do it the first day or so while in the city. Because it was Thursday, we asked for a good place (not a tourist trap) to have authentic paella. He suggested a restaurant and several markets to check out. The restaurant we went to had the best seafood paella I've ever eaten. Every thing we ate was delicious. We felt safe in the tuk tuk. We went to the top of a mountain to take pictures of the city. It was spectacular.
