The Benagil caves are something that should be checked off everyone's bucket list.
Unfortunately, people think there is only a beautiful cave in Benagil, the most famous one which is Algar de Benagil, the one with the hole in the middle top.
We will show you many more, some with hidden and secret beaches, some magical places, only accessible by the sea.
Tunnels, arches, caves and cliffs are also included in the tour.
Our instructors are all certified, truly ocean lovers and they will guide you through all the way.

What To Expect
Explore the Benagil caves and surroundings. And yes, they are as beautiful as they look in the pictures. Your tourist guide and Certified iInstructor, will give you all the basic techniques before going into the ocean, showing you all the rules and safety points. The duration of the Experience is approximately 2 hours. The whole coastline is beautiful and it’s full of stunning sea caves, natural arches, tunnels and cliffs, deserted beaches and some funny rock formations, which are only accessible by sea. Some of them, we can even STOP inside for a few minutes. There is so much to see! We do small groups in a very relaxed way and photos are included, to make sure you enjoy the tour and have something to remember after.

5.00Incredible tour of the caves and coastline near the Benagil caves. Márcio was an amazing guide, full of local info while we paddled. The tour started from a private beach, away from all the crowds. His safety brief was spot on and the equipment was excellent. I had the best time going into the numerous caves spotting nature and listening to the roar of the waves against the rocks and shoreline. I can’t wait to return and do it again. Thanks Márcio!!

Kayak & SUP Benagil took such good care of us, showing us this beautiful area and ensuring we comply with the rules (new as of 2024) that ensure everyone gets to see this magnificent cave. Really appreciated their ability to communicate in all languages, the professionalism of their guides and the excellent gear (Solid paddleboards were awesome to try!) PLUS they made sure to get lots of photos so we could focus on navigating the busy area, as we visited in high season. Many thanks to Katarina and Fabio. Can't recommend enough!!

5.00This was the highlight of our trip to Algarve. The caves were magical and our guide Favio was very patient and helpful. We were late arriving and they were very gracious about it and waited and gave us the full tour. We had never done paddle boards in the ocean but it was very enjoyable. I’m so glad we got to experience the caves this way. Highly recommend!

5.00I happened to find this kayaking center and it was all amazing. Although we were without reservation, I was given the option of a 2h last minute kayak tour, they even waited kindly for us despite being late. The staff was super attentive and very professional. And best of all: small groups, unhurried and paying attention to each of us at all times. And they also took pictures of us in every spot, good pictures, even in the cave of Benagil (the most famous and bursting with people). I will definitely recommend it

5.00A great experience! the whole team is very nice, the departure is from a very nice beach. We follow the coast to the cave of Benagil, making regular stops to discover caves, arches and isolated coves. The guide (Fabio in our case) takes pictures of the group, which he then sends via WhatsApp. Nothing wrong, everything is perfect!
