Informative however rushed with 10 minutes to take photos at a stop and 20 min walk however had 45 minutes at a cafe after the cable car that was not on the itinerary. Time spent actually seeing sights and town would have been better use of time

Our tour guide Sophia and Driver Hugo we're incredible, very knowledgeable very safe and a pleasure to be with the only downside to the trip is the ferry ride across the lake which is in a bus on a car ferry and takes 5 minutes and then the gondola ride to the restaurant at the top of the mountain is in a small car where everybody in the trip goes into and is squashed in like sardines and then the restaurant is nothing special at all other than that it's not a bad trip but be warned

Our guide, Rafael gave a very informative tour of the city and nearby areas we passed by while we headed to the ferry crossing from Meilen to Horgen; and then the Adliswil mountain cable station. The panoramic view atop the mountain was the highlight of the tour. We lucked out having Rafael as a guide. He covered interesting topics like the current educational system and historic highlights giving us a good understanding of how it is to live in the city and Switzerland as a whole.

The entire experience was amazing and our guide Rafael was amazing and made the experience so fun! If you want to learn about so many different aspects of Zurich I would recommend booking this as soon as possible! Worth every penny

The tour guide was rather boring and gave an unnecessary amount of detail about cost of living, local rents and ordinances. It felt like a tour for people who were considering a move to Zurich, not for tourists who wanted to know the history or culture. Adding to the tedium, the bus’s AC was broken and was blowing hot air. It was miserable. We left early and took an Uber back to our hotel.

It was a great tour. We saw a lot of Zürich and outskirts. Gonzalo was an excellent guide and Victoria a wonderful bus driver.
