This app-led scavenger hunt takes you through Braga on foot, using phone-based riddles to guide you from one landmark to the next. No guide, no fixed start time.

What To Expect
Starting at Praça da República, Braga's arcaded main square, you'll open the Explorial app, enter the 6-digit game code that you received by text and Viator chat message, and follow the fountain's lead into the old town. The tour is fully self-guided — no guide, no fixed start time, just your group and the city. The Jardim de Santa Bárbara blooms beside the medieval episcopal palace — a photo task waits among the box hedges and roses. At the Arco da Porta Nova, trivia checks your knowledge of the baroque arch where the city once handed visiting dignitaries its keys. Then the Sé de Braga anchors everything: older than Portugal itself, the cathedral that gave the country its famous saying — older than the Sé of Braga. Around two hours through Roman Bracara Augusta's descendant. The final scores land in time for a francesinha.
