Had a short time in Dijon and this was a great way to be introduced to the regional wines. Fun and educational, while also in a cool space. Did it solo and had a great time integrating with the small group.

Pauline gave us an insightful summary of the Burgundy wine region and guided us through a tasting of 3 white Burgundies and 3 reds. It was a great experience, and based on our tasting we bought a white and a red to take back with us.

We had a great experience learning about Burgundy wines. We were exposed to a variety of wines resulting from the combinations of the different terroirs in the area. Our guide had a vast knowledge of wines gained through experience and study. We highly recommend this class.

Small, intimate gathering in charming wine cellar. Learnt so much about Burgundy, its wine history, its terroir, etc as well as the various subtleties and complexities of wine from a very knowledgeable and engaging expert. Tasted an interesting, varied and representative selection of the region's wines.
