In such a beautiful landscape, you can’t escape the lure of exploring off the beaten path. But watch out! If you do go off the path, you might be trampling on soil that’s alive. You might think I’m joking, but throughout Canyonlands, Arches, and Moab is something called a biological soil crust. Be sure to have your app open and ready at least 15 miles before you get to the entrance station. By the time you get to the entrance station, 21 segments have already played.

The audio tour is easy to follow and full of interesting facts. The narrator tells in advance when it’s time to pull over for the various viewpoints, trailheads and other stops. The map and story list give a preview of what to expect.

The history narrative as we drive through Canyonlands was very enjoyable. We stopped and hiked at all of the sites which I highly recommend. We really enjoyed this drive.

Audio tour was exactly as described in terms of location accuracy and working without cellular connection. It added a lot to our tour of the park.

The self-guided tour was inexpensive, easy to use and enhanced the park experience for those who do the short drive through version. I have already recommended its use to friends for all the Utah national parks.

Cut out a lot and couldn’t access for the front part that we missed by starting at different place. Thought it was suppose to work without internet but when it cut out it required internet to restart

The app worked perfectly and was very well done. It enhanced our visit to the park significantly. (Apparently I didn't write enough so here's more.)

What a wonderful experience!!! My wife and I are were absolutely in awe of the Canyonlands NP by itself, but have our own "personal" guide to explain the history and significant made it unbelievable!! Being able to tour the park at our pace made it perfect!!

We used this same service in Bryce and loved it. Canyonlands was awesome, thanks to the guidance and history. We'll do more across the country!
