3.00The service was fine but expensive. I found the operator to be a bit difficult to communicate with. Leaving the cruise ship early, there wasn’t much flexibility or understanding that the time could fluctuate based on the ship getting clearance to disembark.

5.00Scheduled this service to be picked up after a 10 day cruise on Royal Caribbean. Scheduled the driver for 7am we were let off the ship exactly at 630am and the driver came at 645. We arrive at FCO at 740am plenty enough time for our 11am flight back to the states.
