Beware that this is not a cohesive day-long tour. You will be dropped off at the sixth flour museum with only an hour to explore the museum and get back to the starting point for the second part of the tour. The tour operator does not even arrange to pick you up from the museum. We decided to cancel the afternoon portion of the tour so that we would have adequate time to explore the museum. Having said that, our JFK tour guide, Dan, was extraordinary. I’d suggest just getting the JFK tour with him and skipping the city tour.

Two separate tours and guides in one trip. Dallas city tour with William was very good. There was an annoying family who continued to talk in the mini van. Another passenger asked them to be quiet as he couldn’t hear. They ignored William’s advice not to stand on jfk’s markers in the middle of the road as there had been an accident with traffic and were late coming back to the vehicle. Dan’s jfk was exceptional. So passionate about his subject. Thought provoking and interesting.

JFK tour with tour guide Dan was excellent. Toured grassy knoll, Oswald rooming house, Dealey Plaza and JFK museum. Dan was extremely knowledgeable on the subject, showed pics on his IPad and welcomed questions. Would highly recommend tour to anyone with interested in JFK history.

Phenomenal tour. The tour guide (Dan) was so incredibly informative and enthusiastic. His passion for history really shone through. This was easily one of the top highlights of our trip. We had two of our kids with us (15 and 13) and their attention was definitely held. Would book another tour if we are in the area.

Wow, what can I say. Our tour was amazing. Our guide Isaac knew so much from all perspectives of the the JFK story. He gave us the official line, the nuances and everything in beween. He totally challenges everything you think you know about that fateful day. The tour includes all the key locations and ends at the museum where you can you look from THAT 6th floor window. Best tour we have ever done. Can't recommend it enough

This activity is actually 2 separate tours added together. The morning tour was solely about the assassination of JFK. If you have an overwhelming interest in this subject, this tour is for you. If 3 hours of going over and over the detail of the assassination is not your thing, don't go on this. The afternoon tour was fine, travelling around different parts of Dallas.

I did a 4-hour JFK assassination tour with Dan Evans and honestly could not recommend it more highly. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable and detailed — not just about the assassination itself, but about the historical background, timelines, people involved, Dallas history, and the broader Cold War context surrounding the event. What really stood out to me was how factual and balanced he was throughout the tour. He didn’t try to push conspiracy theories or force conclusions on anyone. Instead, he presented the evidence, explained the different perspectives, and let us make our own decisions. You can tell he has spent years studying this history. He knew dates, locations, background details, and smaller facts that made the entire experience feel immersive and thoughtful rather than just touristy. Visiting places like Dealey Plaza, the Texas Theatre, and the Oswald rooming house while hearing the full historical context made the experience unforgettable. If you’re even remotely interested in JFK history, Dallas history, or American history in general, I highly recommend taking this tour with Dan.

Knowing very little about the details of the JFK assassination, we were intrigued to learn more. Our guide was very knowledgeable and presented facts, followed by some of the many conspiracies. He took us around all the key locations, including the rooming house where Oswald lived. It was fascinating to learn all about the events of that fateful day. Walking through the museum was a great way to round out all the finer details. We were driven around by a different guide for the Dallas City Bus Tour who was equally engaging and showed us around the city highlights. It was a great overview of the city.
