Nice guy -- tried his best, but we could not communicate well at all. The meeting point needs to be changed to a location that is EASY to find. "Near the subway station" is way too vague. We had to beg for an actual ADDRESS so we could give it to a taxi. On a text, the guide said "you will PROBABLY find me" When I questioned that, he said that I "would MAYBE find him". I pushed for more information and he said he would wear a green shirt, have a sign and will be by exit #10.

Nice, but our guide did not speak good English so it was very difficult to understand him. Sorry, we do not speak your language.

Naomi was outstanding and very kind. We got lost meeting her and she was very understanding and helpful. The whole trip was great and would recommend it 💯. I also had kids 10 and 12 years old and she was very accommodating. Thank you Naomi. See you next time.

My family and I conveniently met our tour guide Haruka, just outdide of the subway station. In a short 2 hours we covered lots of ground in Osaka. She recommended some great street food vendors and places to explore. This tour was just the right pace and perfect with our 4 year old. Haruka was fantastic!
