As a local, born and raised in Douro Valley, I would love to take you to the authentic Douro Valley visiting family Quintas (Estates/Wineries) that produce wine already for several generations ;
For us the most important in our tours is that you feel welcome and in family, with a maxim of 6 persons ;
Let's visit outstanding viewpoints, taste amazing wines, olive oil, delicious food and enjoy unforgettable moments. We will also do a very relaxing cruise in a traditional Rabelo Boat in Pinhão.
We will start our tour visiting an amazing viewpoint in Douro Valley, São Leonardo in Galafura , next a family (Quinta) winery with award - winning wines in there we will taste Porto wines, table wines and olive oil.
Local gastronomy experience in a restaurant with traditional tasty food ;
Visit to a small Estate / Winery (Quinta) in Douro Valley and taste their wines.
Rabelo boat cruise in Pinhão, a Douro traditional boat
After the boat cruise of 1 hour we will take you back at your hotel

Miradouro de Sao Leonardo de Galafura
Visit the panoramic sightseeing São Leonardo in Galafura, one of the most iconic places in Douro with a breathtaking view . A place full of history ands myths . Our famous writer Miguel Torga got his inspiration in this beautiful place.
We will visit a family winery/ Estate . You will have a guided visit and learn about the wine making process and taste excellent Doc wines and Porto wine ; 0live oil tasting

5.00Fantastic day! Ándreia and her husband, Valdemere, were fantastic tour guides. Valdemere navigated the roads beautifully and Andreia was so passionate and knowledgeable about her country. Loved the small family wineries and the lunch was one of our best meals. Best tour we have been on in Portugal!

5.00Excellent wine tour with beautiful scenery, great wines, and a relaxing boat trip. Our guide was fantastic and even surprised me with two Super Bock beers during the excursion, which was a nice touch! The entire experience was well-organized, enjoyable, and a great way to spend the day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

5.00The small group made us feel connected and we were able to move at a good pace. Andreia provided us with a lot of history and heritage about the area. Both winery's offered great insight into the making of wine, including port wine. We also enjoyed a generous amount of wine and Moscatel with lunch which was very noteworthy. Also to note was Valdemar's excellent driving. He navigated the winding roads with skillfulness and made us feel safe. Overall, we would recommend this tour group to those looking to support a small business, learn more about local history, and move at a relaxed pace. Thank you Andreia and Valdemar!

5.00A very beautiful experience with a very interesting and engaged guide, along with her experienced driver husband (as the roads of the Douro can be complex to navigate!). This package is a nice mix of vineyard visits (one a bit commercial, and the other very family-oriented). There is also a small boat cruise (without service, but the guides graciously provided us with drinks and fresh fruit to support us during the 50 minutes that the cruise lasted). We were picked up at our accommodation and taken back to our accommodation at the end, which is frankly amazing considering that the day is very full, thus tiring. And finally, the lunch is beyond all expectations. We had lunch at a restaurant and the table was full of delicious and typical food. Thank you!

What made this tour so special was that they both grew up and live in the Douro Valley, so it felt like spending the day with locals who truly know and love the region. They took us to amazing family-owned vineyards that we never would have discovered on our own, and each stop felt authentic and personal rather than touristy. We loved hearing their stories, learning about the valley from people with deep roots here, and experiencing places that felt like hidden gems. The entire day was perfectly planned and was honestly one of the highlights of our time in Portugal. If you’re visiting the Douro Valley and want a genuine, unforgettable experience, this is the tour to book.

5.00Wonderful experience! Andreia and Valdemar are great hosts; learning about and visiting the different small vineyards of the region was an absolute treat, and all of the sites offered something different. We opted for the 2 vineyards visit and a boat tour from Pinhão, but still had the opportunity to sample some port in the 3rd vineyard. A delicious local meal was had for lunch, which was the equal to any meal we've had so far in Portugal. Would recommend again, this was definitely my best day of the year so far!
