Reservation date and time required. Tours leave every 30 minutes from 9:30am to 3:30pm

Any age child can enjoy the airboat tour. Children 3 years and under are free. It is not necessary to purchase a ticket for ages 3 years and under.

Tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour due to inclement weather

If you have selected the 4 p.m. time please note that it is a check in time only and that your airboat adventure will be leaving the dock at 5 p.m. so that you have ample time to explore the exhibit areas before they close at 5 p.m.

What To Expect

Sawgrass Recreation Park

Skim across the grassy water at speeds up to 40 miles per hour while looking for wildlife like alligators, fish, turtles, and wading birds. This general admission ticket includes entrance to Sawgrass Recreation Park, a 30-40 minute guided airboat tour and an admission to our Alligator & Reptile Exhibit. Just 25 minutes from Fort Lauderdale, the safest and most entertaining and educational way to experience the Everglades’ unique subtropical ecosystem is at Sawgrass Recreation Park.

We went with the Big Bus just because it was convenient with the transportation. If you're close by, do support them directly! Kevin Justin and Shane and the baby croc holder (sorry, didn't catch his name) were all extremely professional and informed. Highly recommend visiting!

DJ Disco was extremely patient in finding us gators, but also very knowledgeable. He made it more than just a ride in an airboat. We'd been on a tour with a previous company and saw zero gators. This tour, he found us several and the first one in our 1st 5 mins! Easy to book on the site and the price is better than you'll find anywhere else even the discount sites. Bonus was the exhibit that was included in the price. We even got to pet a baby gator. If you're near Ft. Lauderdale, this is the place to go. We did this after landing on our flight in that airport and was an easy drive to Miami afterwards. Food truck had tasty options including gator bites. Would highly recommend.

Great place. Small zoo/interactive animal exhibit and preservation society attached. Great AirBoat ride with very knowledgeable captains. Know where to go and decisions all the wildlife found in the glades. Wet season/summer is the worst time to see gators. So early morning or late evening yours are your best options of you need to see a gator! Well worth a visit

Fun airboat ride in the Everglades with a knowledgable guide who told us information about the area and alligators. We spotted 3 alligators during the tour and went to see the animals in the exhibits after. Great experience while in Florida!

Great time! Our driver was really informative and funny. You could tell he liked his job and enjoyed sharing the Everglades with the passengers. Our family’s ages ranged from 6-65 and we all had a blast. Cannot recommend this enough!!

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The little reptile area that is included with your ticket has a few gators to look at and a few snakes. We saw 4 gators total on our tour. Our 3yr old loved it. I just recommend bringing kids headphones if they won’t wear the normal earplugs they supply for free. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed the air boat adventure. We felt lucky to see 3 alligators and many species of birds during our outing. Our tour guide captain Jack was witty while still being informative. The outing lasted about 40 minutes. It was nice when we stopped to look for wildlife. I was surprised to learn how the mangrove trees have adapted to their environment. We thought that the admission fee was reasonable as it included seeing the wildlife on land. The tortoise was awesome! Would recommend to people of all ages.
