3.00The group of 10 were excited for this tour due to the show. We were very disappointed because it was rushed and the guide was told we would be there at 10:30 when it was 11..so she was upset with us which is not my fault they have poor communications between each other… so she rushed us.. felt I was in a track meet. Then we requested to get picked up at 4:30 but we decided to leave at 4 and I had cancelled the other car bc 4 people left the tour disappointed to go back on boat and the rest stayed behind. They told us we could not have 2 pickups which is ridiculous. Well they tell me it has to be 4:30 and I could not change it. We sat waiting for 1/2 hour while there was a car there. Then the other car shows up. Both drivers have a fight and one takes us back on cruise. I was ready to get an Uber It was an experience that I paid a lot of money for and was not treated special or given water!!
