Your Boston Explorer Pass will be immediately available as your 'ticket' after purchase. Print or save it on your mobile device and use for direct entry into the attractions.
Go City child passes are only available for ages 3 to 12 years old. For any accompanying children under 3 yrs old please check with each individual attraction or tour whether infants are accepted and/or need to pay an entrance fee.
The most popular activities require advanced reservations, check the instructions on the included digital guide, or Go City app, and make sure to place reservations well in advance to avoid disappointment.

1.00It was horrific. Nothing in your app or emails worked when we showed up. My daughter has autism and it took over an hour to get in to each of the places totally defeating the purpose. I ended up having to just pay tickets a second time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using these “passes”.

2.00I visited Boston the first week in December 2025. I had purchased a two day City Go pass. But when I tried to use the pass, I found that a number of attractions were not running.i.e. Harbour boat tour, Hop on Hop Off tram. But on the web site it stated that the Boat Tour was due to run. As these were the main reason for my purchase ,I found it very disapointing. I would advise anyone visiting Boston between December and March not to purchase the Go City Pass as I found it was not value for money. Also check the small print carefully before purchasing a Boston Go City Pass.
Trolley folly on pass

2.00We got the Go City Inclusive pass with the 2-day trolley tour on the pass. What a mistake --- if you think you can use the 2nd day of the trolley without using it the first day!!! On the 1st day, we went to Go City pass attractions that were FAR AWAY from the trolley stops, so we were unable to use the trolley. All the details in the use of this trolley 2-day pass were hidden in pages of text that were not part of their simple instructions or marketing! Then we found out we HAD to start the trolley at only ONE station to get a trolley ticket and THEN you couldn't hop on and off wherever they had stops -- you could ONLY go in one direction when you started the hop. We lost money on both our passes!! Awful scam. Choose only a one-day trolley option.

2.00Bought 2 days pass only to find things closed (JFK Museum, USS Constitution, & more) thanks to the government shutdown. Weather shut down the HOHO Trolley tour for one day. Old North Church not included. Overall we got little/no benefit from buying this pass but it wasn't the fault of the pass itself.

1.00I could give a zero to this company I would! They had the worst customer service ! I had a very significant issue with the tickets and nobody was able to help me they claimed it was impossible ! I don't recommend getting their tickets at all . Please save your time !
