The theme of Friðheimar cuisine is tomatoes, in many different forms. 5.00We were picked up from our hotel by Örn, who arrived early and brought bottled water for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and added in a few extra stops we weren’t expecting (like a bakery that bakes bread in the ground heated by hot springs). Örn was flexible on the amount of time we spent at each spot and gave us a lot of background info along the way. Very professional!
