The app let me through every step of the way. It also explained a lot of interesting facts. And when I stopped to take pictures or whatever, it picked up right where it had left off.

I did every thing I was supposed to do as far as preloading the app/tour. It was very confusing because it had you choose a starting point. Unfortunately, not knowing the area, I chose the one that was closest to where we were staying. So, it said pick up the tour there. Well, we drove and hour and 15 minutes to get to the starting point, and then when we got to the starting point and the tour started playing, it had us go back EXACTLY the way we came!!! So, 2 1/2 hours out of our way! With the GuideAlong app that we have used before, it just picks up wherever you are and guides you through the tour as long as you are in the area. Not thrilled with my purchase of Escalante Grand Staircase/Bryce Canton tour.

The audio portion was great and worked fine. You just need to provide better information on the start location and how to get there.

This was a great way to see Utah. I started from Bryce cannon. It took 4 hours to complete. If you have the time it is worth the drive. The first step starts in Sedona called the chocolate steps because of the red clay and goes through kanab to Bryce canon ending in Boulder. The typography is all different.

Great concept, very easy to use and a terrific way to learn about an area. Hope they are successful enough that in the future they can provide the same service with a more targeted product. This tour was well done and interesting, and would be great for a family with younger kids. If they made a product that was more focused on Geology (I was in Utah) I’d be very interested. Also, please give a quiet “ding” or similar when the narration is to begin, many times the abrupt onset of narration startled me from the quiet beauty of the scenery. Liked this product enough to write this long a review

I was unable to get to the location the tour was sending me to. After almost three hours of redirecting, the tour stated I had reached my starting at an intersection in the middle of nowhere. Finally we gave up and found yourselves 2 hrs away from the entrance which we finally found without the tour guide. Al

Disappointed again. We have tried these once before and were disappointed but willing to give it a second chance. First, I didn’t get my code and had a terrible time getting help getting it. Then, when I finally got it I downloaded where I had internet and we started on the tour. It kept going back to the beginning. We never got to hear anything that we were seeing! We got so frustrated that we turned around and went back to our hotel!! I would like a refund! Very disappointed!
