Whether you are a foodie, a beginner chef or an experienced one, wine expert or just like sipping on good wine and eating great food, this is the perfect experience! Learn your way around an Italian kitchen during this farm-to-table experience, including a terraced gardens visit and cooking class, topped off with a 4-course meal. Harvest fresh ingredients from the vegetable garden and take your cue from an expert chef as you create Italian local dishes such as bruschetta, pasta, and stuffed zucchini flowers. Enjoy the intimate and friendly atmosphere of a small-group cooking class, taste typical local products and savor the dishes you’ve prepared complemented by local wine.

Because we only use fresh, seasonal ingredients from our vegetable gardens and local suppliers and farms, the cooking class menu will vary according to the season and the availability of the products on the day of the class.

All guests, whether or not participating in the activities, will pay the class cost and must be over the age of 7 in order to access the venue (no children under 8).

Due to the presence of stairs and uneven and steep surfaces, this activity is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or wheelchair users.

What To Expect

Our experience begins with a warm welcome from our team who will guide you throughout this awesome class, describing what we will do in the following few hours. We will start with a tour of our typical terraced gardens, an ancient local cultivation method that represent a resource of sustainability and environmental conservation on the Amalfi Coast. Here we will stroll by and linger at the lemon grove, the olive grove and the vineyard, where you will be provided with significant information on the importance of these groves in the Mediterranean diet and how our worldwide famous Limoncello, olive oil and wine are produced. We will continue our visit to the vegetable garden, and after wearing gloves and collecting wicker baskets, we will proceed with the picking of the freshest seasonal veggies and fragrant herbs that we will later use for the preparation of the delicacies during the class. Once we have put on our kitchen aprons we will be ready to get down to business and learn the secrets of preparing exquisite traditional dishes, which we will then go on to enjoy all together during a wonderful meal accompanied by local wine, limoncello and real Neapolitan espresso.

This was probably one of the best experiences we had on the Amalfi coast. The entire staff were very warm, friendly and made the experience so much fun. We made a variety of dishes from ingredients right from the garden. The views were immaculate. 10/10 would do this every time I go back.

Such a fun experience!!!! We had Julia, chef (forgot his name), and sous chef (Julia’s cousin). They were SO AMAZING!!! We had the best time: it was lively and they were all so hilarious. We’d do it all over again. We had the best time and it was so enjoyable. Food was great too! We left with a bottle of their lemoncello & some shot glasses. It was amazing! Highly recommend!

DON'T MISS THIS!!!! One of the highlights of our two-week trip in Italy! The staff and fellow travelers were so great and fun! The food and wine are amazing...it's an organic garden. This experience was amazing. Silvio the owner even joined us. It was a group of 12, but it was such a great group and the workers, Ugo, Angela, Elsa, & Antonio were hilarious! We all couldn’t stop laughing and having a blast! The food we made was incredible & I learned so many great cooking tips! This is totally worth it with the great memories, good people, and great wine/food!
