The Space A 100-year-old French colonial home, a calm and intimate space designed for slow discovery. The rooms are filled with cultural elements, traditional art pieces, preserved by family across generations, each piece carries its own story. Guests often take time to wander, observe details, and enjoy the balcony during the experience. The Experience You grind, brew, whisk, taste, adjust. Recipes are personalized: sweeter, bolder, stronger - while staying true to the original soul of each coffee. Guidance by locals who grew up with coffee culture, using time-tested recipes, shaped by everyday practice. Every step is explained clearly, each cup is adjusted to your taste while keeping its traditional balance. The group is intentionally kept small to ensure close guidance and a relaxed pace. The ingredients Vietnamese specialty coffee is used, carefully selected and tested. Beans sourced from Vietnam’s Central Highlands, seasonal harvests, coffee changes throughout the year. Chosen after many tastings across Vietnam (only what’s good is shared) Fresh ingredients are prepared daily: including eggs, milk, and coconut. Nothing is pre-made, artificial.

What a treat this was! It felt so personal and fun. The house is beautiful and our host was so kind. We had so much fun making, drinking and learning about coffee culture in Hanoi. She also gave us recommendations for local food spots to try. 10/10 recommend this experience to anyone visiting Hanoi! SO MUCH FUN!
