5.00Carlos was truly exceptional and made our entire New Zealand experience unforgettable. He was thoughtful, punctual, courteous, and genuinely attentive to us as a couple, always checking in and making sure we were comfortable and happy. He covered over 400 miles in a single day without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. He took us to every single site we requested and still gave us plenty of time to explore, take photos, and enjoy each place at our own pace. He is wonderful with kids and has the patience, warmth, and energy that families would really appreciate. Conversation with Carlos flowed effortlessly all day. He made us feel like we were traveling with a close friend rather than a guide. Kind, reliable, knowledgeable, and deeply caring, Carlos is an outstanding human being and an absolutely perfect tour guide. We could not recommend him more highly.
