What To Expect
Upon arrival at the farm you will receive a welcome glass of sour cherry juice, then go prepare your self to learn the secrets of Italian cuisine in a traditional Sorrento farm by the hill. Tie on your apron and make your way to your workstation, where you will master the art of the region’s most famous pasta dishes and tiramisu. Receive step by step guidance on how to prepare the pasta dough, which type of flour to use, and many other secrets. Once the pasta is ready, learn how to prepare the most delicious tiramisu. all this while enjoying a pleasant limoncello spritz At the end of the class, sit down all together for enjoy the results of your "hard" work, while sipping on a glass of our home made delicious wine.

5.00This was one of the highlights during our time in Sorrento. The location is breath taking; the class was informative and more importantly it was a lot of fun. The hosts were so welcoming it felt as though we were family. We have done the pizza class once before and definitely will take more classes the next time we visit Sorrento.

5.00This experience was so much fun. An amazing family owned authentic working farm. All food grown and made by the family. Maked our own gnocchi and tirusmsu was very well executed by the guidance of Anna one of the daughters. She was fun and a great teacher. I would love to do it again.

5.00We were first picked up by Francesco, the owner of Primaluce. He drove us to the farm and told us little tidbits about the area. When we arrived, we were given a wonderful refreshing drink of fresh cherry juice. Everything we ate or drank was from their farm. We then made fresh tiramisu and gnocchi with Anna, one of the daughters. She was very sweet, gracious and knowledgeable. It was a truly wonderful experience. If you are in Sorrento, definitely take this excursion. It is worth it!!!

5.00We had the most fun, most amazing time on this family’s farm! Anna, the main cook instructor, was so fun and had us laughing and having a great time. The farm is stunning and the family really cares about their guests. Would recommend this experience to anyone!
