Recommendations by Jungfrau Railways to enjoy the stay at high altitude: 1) You should be physically fit and healthy. 2) Good footwear is important for getting around safely. 3) Not recommended for pregnant women from the 7th month or with high-risk pregnancies, and for children under 2 years due to difficulties equalising pressure and insufficient fluid intake.

Booked last minute with the hotel due to to cancellation of a business event. Price was great as just the cable car fee would have been higher than the entire trip. Easy to find pick up spot near the central train station in Zurich. The guide was proficient, had a lot of interesting details to share and organized the diverse group efficiently. No one was lost or late. I would recommend if you have a day free and don't want to stay in the city. Just be aware that the bus trip was 2 hours long on a winding mountain roads, so if you have vertigo, this might not be for you.

This tour is one that should not be missed. The sites are awesome and the guides are friendly and informative. The ice palace, in particular, is a once in a lifetime experience with amazing ice sculptures. The only downside is the two about 2 hour bus rides.

Book this tour! Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? YES! The tour makes it super easy to see a lot of different places quickly and stress free. Andrea is such a great guide and not only gave amazing info on the sites but also personal perspective that made us understand so much more about the Swiss culture. It was really amazing!

What a phenomenal experience. The coordination of events was great, an of course one always want just a little more time at the stops, but the activities of the day will provide memories for a lifetime. It is truly difficult to put into words the stunning views that you are given witness to on the trip. Our tour guide, Andrea, was fantastic to provide us information along the way and very willing to answer our questions. The day is a marathon and the price is a bit higher than the average tour, but this is far from an average tour. Given the chance I would do the tour again tomorrow and have zero reservations about suggesting this unbelievable day.

Absolutely unbelievable. The entire experience was beyond words. The view, the guides and the scale of the mountains can not be put into words. Like the Grand Canyon, you have to see it. This was 10 stars and one of the most memorable excursions we have ever been on. If you are in Zurich this is a MUST!!!

Weather is cooler but if you don’t bring extra cloths the Beauty far off sets the cold you may feel. Actually the cooler temps add to the beautiful display of nature. Well set up to see all angles

Be prepared to spend A LOT of time just standing in lines and riding on cramped trains. The entire day takes 11-12 hours, but a vast majority of it is spent on waiting and riding. Also, we happen to go on a warm day and there is a noticeable lack of air conditioning in Switzerland so the lines, trains, and even the gondola were very unpleasant due to the warm and stagnant air. The trip is rather expensive and I can't say it was worth it for me. Especially if you been in other mountain ranges before. The one highlight of the trip were the top notch guides that accompany you. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Also, the buses the tour company supplies and very nice and comfortable.
