5.00Lincoln was AWESOME!!! Very informative and helpful. We had a great time and he made the experience outstanding!! VIATOR on the other hand was NOT good!! I texted them multiple times on the meeting point and time and they never responded. My wife had to call Viator and Viator was not getting the message across to Tours of Switzerland. Eventually Lincoln was able to find us and we left just in time. Thank you to Lincoln for saving the day.
