This tour is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of the Lauterbrunnen Valley without a challenging hike. Starting in Lauterbrunnen, we take a short gondola ride up to Grütschalp and begin an easy walk along a mostly flat trail. The path follows the scenic mountain railway line and offers spectacular views over the valley of 72 waterfalls and snowe covered peaks.
After reaching the car-free mountain village of Mürren, you’ll have time to enjoy its peaceful atmosphere before descending back to the valley via the steepest gondola in the world.
To top off the experience, we visit the Trümmelbach Falls – a powerful series of glacier waterfalls hidden deep inside the mountain.
Along the way, we also prepare and serve you a great Swiss picnic with carefully selected local products, so you can fully relax and enjoy the scenery without worrying about food.
On the way back to Lauterbrunnen, we walk past cow farms, and enjoy the view of the famous Staubbach Waterfall.

What To Expect
Trummelbach Falls
Europe’s largest underground waterfalls, carrying up to 20,000 liters of meltwater per second from the glaciers of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The falls are accessible by tunnel lifts and walkways, giving you a close-up view of the raw power of nature as it carves its way through the rock.
Murren
One of the most beautiful and authentic villages in the Alps. Surrounded by flower-filled meadows and towering peaks, Mürren feels like a step back in time.

5.00We loved every second of our tour! Zuzi, our tour guide was extremely friendly and down to earth. Our 5 hour excursion through Lauterbrunnen Valley was amazing. We got to see so much and learned so much about the valley. Too many parts that were our favorite to list but I’ll say that the picnic we had near one of the waterfalls was a cherry on top. Thanks so much again for a wonderful tour!
