Really interesting to see cheese being made in a farm location where the cows are milked. Cheese lunch was excellent too

The tour of the Masseria was orderly, clean, and also interesting. However, the price was significantly inflated! For €45, just a small snack... There are Masserias nearby that offer a more abundant tasting for less money. One should better inform themselves beforehand.

As well as seeing the cows and petting the calves, it was interesting to see the milking parlour ans fridges before the display in the dairy and getting to hand mold some mozzarella. It was informative, fun and the aperitivo was very good. There is a small shop there too with lovely local products including the cheese made on-site.

I visited Masseria Seppunisi and was completely delighted. We made the guided tour by the production, which is super interesting, and then we produced our own burrata. A fun and delicious experience! The cheeses are of very high quality and absolutely delicious. To complete, the owner is of a unique sympathy, received us super well and made us feel at home. I recommend closed eyes for those who want to live an authentic experience!

We went to visit this cheesecake in Puglia and it was a very interesting experience. We know the farm, we understand how the breeding and breeding of animals, feeding and the entire process of ownership works. We also visited the factory and followed from the straw to the production of the cheeses. In the production part, they showed the preparation of musharra and burrata, which was very cool to see from close. At the end, we made a taste of cheeses and colds accompanied by bread, and everything was great. Very pleasant experience and we recommend!

Very informative guided tour of the farm with hands on possibility to try and make some cheese. Once you try your handmade mozzarella made on the spot, there’s no way back!
