2.00The guide was disappointing. Had so many technical difficulties we only heard 1/2 of what she said and then she left half of the group on the way from Duomo to the Last Supper. Would not take a tour with her again. The duomo however was amazing even without a guide. And the last supper lived up to expectations by itself.
Loved the sights, tour could use some improvements.

3.00Decent tour of a few main places, the guide was very knowledgeable, however spoke quickly and was hard to hear through the audio devices which impacted the experience. However, we loved the opera house and Last Supper and in smaller quarters we got the chance to ask some questions

5.00It was a long walking tour. I probably would not do it on such a hot day in the future. Seeing Lascala, the Duomo of Milan, and the last supper was wonderful and I would not miss it.

2.00The tour guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable however the ear bud sound system was extremely limited and missed 50% of each sentence. More importantly the group was large and she did not tune in to the individuals needs. She talked continuously and fast but no dialogue. No questions. Also her vocal skills were melodic almost singing each sentence. It was distracting and easy for me to tune out I am sorry - hate negative reviews. But we did cover all the main sites as promised Dean S
