Absolutely wonderful experience! Remember to be prepared for cooler temps and altitude. They did have some coats if you don’t have warmer /wind gear with you. Our guide Will was exceptionally knowledgeable on so much information.

You will see snow, many animals (if lucky). We were the day we went up the mountain we saw about 20 mountain goat, 2 big horn sheep, and several marmot which are so cute! Our driver Alex was the best. He was very informative and answered everyone's questions. The little town Idaho Springs was hopping with lots of restaurants and shops. On the way home the traffic was heavy so our driver took the fast lane to keep us on schedule we appreciated that greatly. Thanks for a perfect trip!

Tour was great, and a chance to see before they close it for one year to fix the roads - however having said that, the tour guide rushed us. 90 minutes at Idaho Springs for lunch! We were all bored standing around. We weren't even provided options to stay in this park longer since it was a once in a lifetime (for me) to take photos on the summit and absorb the landscapes! We got back to Denver 30 minutes before our said arrival! Which could have given us that time. The tour guide either was rushing on their own personal matters or perhaps was so used to doing this, we were just another "load" to unload. Previous tours I took all came back around 6:30pm. And there weren't that many stops on this tour. It was ridiculous. Never again with Colorado Sightseer

We had a great time with Matt the tour guide! We started out on the tour as strangers but quickly got to know the rest of the folks and had a great time! Would definitely book again.

We took this tour last week, and it went way beyond all our expectations! Will was an amazing tour guide, keeping us informed and entertained by his commentary along the road. We started early in the morning and drove straight up to the summit of Mount Blue Sky. There was a short optional hike to reach the peak. The view from there was surreal, and according to our guide, one third of Colorado is visible from up there. Afterwards, on the way down, we stopped at both Summit Lake and Echo Lake. The sights all around were beautiful! Next, we went to Idaho Springs, a small town in the mountains. There were many gift shops and restaurants to choose from, in addition to a visitors' center. After having enough time to eat lunch and explore the area, we headed back to Denver. All in all, this tour is one we definitely recommend!
