Was a great way to see the skyline and some iconic views and buildings. Was difficult to see everything because you are in a van but overall a good experience. We had a 24, 76 and 52 year old so air conditioning was appreciated. The stop in Brooklyn is great; definitely wouldn’t have done that/known about it without the tour. Think this would be a good tour for rookie visitors to NYC

Sophia was an awesome tour guide & so was our driver. We really learned alot on the tour. I wish we had a little more time when we stopped at all of the eateries but overall it was a great tour.

If you've ever wondered what it's like to pay money to not see New York City, this tour has you covered. The concept is simple: put tourists on a bus with a roof, drive them through a city famous for tall buildings, then ask them to look up at things they can't actually see. Most of the tour consisted of hearing the guide enthusiastically describe landmarks somewhere above, behind, or blocked by the bus structure while passengers pressed their faces against the windows trying to figure out what direction to look. As an added bonus, I received a completely unexpected social studies course. Along the route I learned that Columbus was apparently history's greatest monster, Americans were racist to the Chinese but somehow gave the Italians a free pass, and that investing in rundown neighborhoods is bad because improving property values is apparently problematic. I came for New York sightseeing and accidentally enrolled in Intro to Modern Grievances. The experience was made even better by the fact that the air conditioning was either off or barely functioning for most of the ride. On a 91-degree day, sitting inside a packed bus with limited airflow wasn't exactly the refreshing evening tour I had envisioned. To be fair, there were a few decent views and the guide was energetic. Unfortunately, the tour itself seems fundamentally flawed. New York is a vertical city, and a roofed bus at night is about the worst possible way to experience it. If you're visiting NYC, save yourself the frustration and book an open-air or hop-on/hop-off bus instead. You'll spend less time looking at window frames and more time actually seeing the city.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) The luxury bus itself was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, and our tour guide, Percy, was friendly, knowledgeable, and continuously shared facts and history about New York City throughout the tour. That said, the experience wasn't quite what I expected. Since the guide sits at the very front of the bus, they would often point out iconic buildings and landmarks as we passed them. If you're seated in the middle or back of the bus, it's difficult to see what they’re referencing before the bus has already moved on and he's discussing the next attraction. Many times, I never even got a chance to see the building being described. A large portion of the tour consists of simply riding around the city, often sitting in traffic. At times, we even looped around the same blocks multiple times due to congestion. It's important to understand that the experience is essentially a bus ride through NYC while viewing buildings and landmarks from your seat. There were two stops. The first was a quick photo opportunity near the Empire State Building. While nice, it's a photo you could easily capture while walking on your own. The second stop was approximately 40 minutes long, but due to the extremely busy location, much of that time was spent waiting in line for the restrooms. In our case, the ladies' restroom line took around 20–25 minutes, leaving very little time to explore, shop, or grab food before returning to the bus. Overall, the tour delivers exactly what it advertises—a guided bus tour of New York City. The bus was comfortable, Percy did an excellent job keeping everyone informed, and the staff were professional. Just be aware that much of your time will be spent on the bus in city traffic, and depending on where you're seated, it can be difficult to see some of the landmarks being discussed.
