Teatro dell'Opera dei Pupi
Puppet opera is a particular type of puppet theatre, which emerged in southern Italy and particularly in Sicily in the early 1800s, is Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
Teatro Massimo
It is the largest Opera House in Italy, the third one in Europe. It was built in 1875 and its history is full of legends.

4.00Fabrisio was fun and informative. Great historical buildings and fun facts about Sicilians. Enjoyed the food tasting. 10:30-1:30 was very hot and busy. Might have been better earlier.

5.00We had the mayor of Palermo as our guide. Sorry I mean Barbara. All I can say is wow. Barbara not only knows every vendor and all of the hidden gems of the city but knows the history of the neighborhoods. It wasn’t the boring tour you see other folks on, she makes it fun and you could honestly spend the whole day with her walking around and meeting her friends. If you going to do a tour in Palermo, this is the one.

5.00Fabrizio was fantastic! He clearly loves his home town of Palermo and is very knowledgeable about history and traditions. Honestly we weren’t sure what to think of Palermo after arriving at night and not seeing much of the city before the tiur but after tasting wonderful food and hearing about its history we now have a place in our hearts for the people, sites and food of the city. Would highly recommend the tour and Fabrizio.

5.00This was such an amazing tour from Fabrizio! He taught us a lot of interesting facts of the city. It was a great start to Palermo to get comfortable. He was wonderful with our family and ensured the kids enjoyed stuff too. I would absolutely recommend this tour to everyone.
