5.00This walking tour offered an excellent overview of BA’s notable Palermo neighborhood! Our guide Trinidad was very knowledgeable of Argentine history from culture to sport to books, street art and music. Following the 2 hour, comfortably paced walk, the lunch at a secret location was a home cooked meal and wine pairing with great conversation. Delicious local food prepared by the hostess (who is a chef) and wine pairings from small batch Argentine producers selected by her husband (who is a sommelier) that was filling but not overwhelming for lunch. We are a couple in our 60s and have done numerous food and walking tours around the world and rank this among the top experiences. It is also something our “kids” who are in their 30s would really enjoy. This is a good tour for couples, small groups or solo travelers and a nice add on to the traditional Buenos Aires site seeing for those wanting to experience some local flavor.
