What To Expect
Classes designed for tourists traveling with the family and looking for an immersive cultural and culinary experience ! Our classes are hosted by Sophie, a parisian pastry chef, who will share her secrets and expertise. This is a 3-hours private and tailor-made class, so you can choose your pastry making between: Option 1 : macarons with 2-3 flavors Option 2: choux and eclairs Option 3: Paris-Brest Option 4: Lemon tart with italian meringue Option 5: french crêpes Sophie adapt her recipe for children for more creativity and fun. Sophie welcomes you to her Parisian home, in Paris 15th, near the Eiffel Tower and Andre Citroen Park. Book for private class for 2 people up to 6 (adults and children above 5 years old. Under 5 children are welcome but they don't paid.) Games and colouring will also be available. Tea, coffee and chocolate will be served to enjoy your pastry Our friendly and enthusiastic host will provide all necessary ingredients and equipment, ensuring an enjoyable experience. English speaking classes. Please contact your host for any known allergies.

5.00Thank you Sophie! I was looking for something special to do with my group of friends and I was delighted! I wanted to make those famous macarons. Sophie made us feel right at home and put both kids and adults at ease. Smiling all the way and very dynamic. She adapted to each person's level and pace, and helped us discover all the little secrets of French pastry-making. We had a great time, learning and enjoying this masterclass. The taste was delicious. I have already reproduced it at home with my children. I am really pleased. It was unforgettable. I am looking forward to coming back for her Asian-influenced patisserie masterclass.

5.00My daughters (ages 9 and 12) and I had such a wonderful time learning how to make macarons with Sophie! It was a truly unique French experience—not only did we get to make delicious macarons, but we were also welcomed into her beautiful home for the workshop. Sophie was absolutely lovely and patient with my girls (she has children herself), which made the experience even more special. I really appreciated that this was something we could recreate at home, and it will always be a sweet reminder of our trip to Paris. 😊 Highly recommend! Five stars for Sophie, the location, and the workshop! A must-do experience!

My children absolutely loved the experience—from mixing the ingredients to decorating their own colorful macarons. Sophie made everything fun and accessible, and we learned so much. Her home is lovely and welcoming, and the location is perfect. Highly recommended for families!

5.00I went at chez Marisette for a macaron class with my kids. I loved how she took care of my kids and I. The class was in English in a very Parisian cosy flat; she was very professional ! Ending the class with the delicious taste of the macaron made by ourselves was the thing! 😇😇😇 I recommend!!

5.00We had such a wonderful time taking the macaron class in Paris! I went with my kids (4 and 5). I was very anxious because they are so young and so active but Sophie made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly kind and made the kids feel right at home. She even let them play with her own children's toys, which made the experience even more special and relaxed. The macarons we made were delicious, light, flavorful, and so pretty! We were even able to bring some back to the hotel to enjoy later. It was such a memorable and fun experience for the whole family. Highly recommend!
