He assisted us with our luggage all the way, and upon arrival at our hotel, he helped us find the lobby area, which was located on the second floor. 5.00The driver was prompt, met us at the customs exit helped take our luggage to his van & delivered us to the hotel safely. The only drawback was he didn’t speak English but we managed.
