  If you’re considering a private boat charter while visiting Athens, stop searching and book with 1852 Private Charters! I’ve made it a point to do a luxury private charter in nearly every destination I visit around the world, and this was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. The combination of Greece’s incredible scenery, a beautiful vessel, and an exceptional crew made for an unforgettable day on the water. I chartered the Pardo 38, which was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly suited for exploring the coastline. The itinerary included the Athens Riviera and the northern side of Aegina Island, offering stunning views, crystal-clear water, and some of the most beautiful scenery I’ve experienced. A special thank you to Captain Manos, who was outstanding throughout the day. He was professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the entire experience feel effortless from start to finish. The onboard hospitality was equally impressive. The fresh canapés were delicious, the service was attentive and engaging. From the booking process to stepping back onto the dock, everything was first class. If you’re looking for a private charter in Athens and want an experience that truly feels luxurious, I cannot recommend 1852 Private Charters highly enough.

  I have been in Athens before but I decided to take a boat tour and see what it is like away from the busy coast and the beach clubs. I chose a Bayliner around 30 feet, a very neat, clean and tidy boat and we went to Aegina for the day. So beautiful beaches I couldn't imagine. But still, many many secret little coves. Captain Pavlos was great, friendly and polite, he knows all the right places. Our hostess also very helpful taking care of everything.   My family and I enjoyed a brilliant trip visiting the beautiful island of Aegina and Modi. We swam in crystal clear waters that were only accessible by a small boat so we were very lucky. The captain and skipper were friendly and helpful, providing fresh fruit snacks and many drinks. We had a fantastic day and would highly recommend this trip while you are visiting Athens.

  Fantastic day on the water with 1852 Private Boat Tours! We had a wonderful experience on this private luxury day cruise. The skipper picked us up directly at our hotel marina, which made the outing very convenient. Both the skipper and his crew were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and very cordial throughout the day. They shared so much interesting information about Greece, making the experience feel personal and authentic. We appreciated how flexible they were with the route and the amount of time spent at each stop, allowing us to truly enjoy each destination at our own pace. Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire day special. This cruise was one of the most memorable parts of our trip to Greece. We highly recommend this company and were very satisfied with our outing.

  I feel I have to share this story from our recent tour with 1852 Private Boat Tours, so everyone interested in such experience to stop hesitating and book it. To get that straight, private boat tours are obviously so much better than group tours.Faster, newer and better boats, but above all having a boat just for you with a dedicated crew, is another level. The Saronic is a protected sea, so for a family of four a boat around 40 to 45 ft is proper and also very affordable, we picked a Pard43 which is 45 ft and very wide with lots of space. We got in the marina in Glyfada early in the morning and started our cruise to Aegina. First stop after about half an hour to a beautiful beach with turquoise waters to relax and swim. The sun, the chilled wine and the snacks, the relaxing playlist... then another stop and then a lunch break at the main harbour of aegina. Don't miss trying the famous fistiki (pistachio). We returned to the marina in the afternoon almost with the sunset. That was a different side of Athens that we explired, not far away but ...so far away. This tour totally worths it, don't waste your time in nonsense, go do this.

  

• The Best Day at Sea Around Aegina & Moni

  The weather is bear perfect throughout the year, and if you ask me it's much better to take a private cruise off-season. No crowds, not many boats, super clean seas and calm and warm weather. 1852 is considered to be the top company in private day tours and I can confirm they are! 😊 They have boats in Zea Marina in Piraeus and in Lavrio, but most are in Glyfada, which is the most convenient place to embark from Athens. The Glyfada Marina was close to our hotel and it was very easy to find the boat. We booked a beautiful brand new pardo for a full day around the islands of Aegina and Moni, with several stops in some beautiful beaches around the islands and we even had a stop for lunch at a fishing village in an unbelievable restaurant with fresh fish. After that we had another stop at the main harbor to walk around and taste the famous pistachio. We went back to the marina later in the afternoon and god it was the best day we had ever. Dont miss the opportunity to live this experience too!

  The best way to enjoy the beautiful weather and surroundings of Athens. A short cruise in Hydra for a full day is ideal on a powerboat although the compact sized Bayliner is better suitable for an Aegina and Moni tour. Good thing everything is included in the price which is very fair for the experience you have in the end. Our captain Pavlos and host Manos are very knowledgeable in the area and have experience that comes from bigger yachts. And it shows in every aspect. We embarked from Zea marina in Piraeus at a very convenient point in Piraeus. Kudos also to the office on the way that handled the booking.

  I will never regret I booked this cruise with my group. A well deserved little treat for some hard working guys. We booked a stunning Pardo33 an Italian elegant classy boat for a cruise to Hydra. Our skipper and host really helpful to arrange everything for us. We crossed Poros canal a beautiful place and then went to Hydra. Great place, no cars, nice walks, nice reastaurants. On the way back We stoped at another beautiful spot and then returned back to Glyfada in the afternoon. Definitely recommended

  I recommend these tours. Our boat and tour experience was as described here, the boat was new and a real eye catcher, super luxe and swift. We cruised in the Saronic gulf of Athena and had the chance to see many places. The crew captain and host were really great people. I suppose it is the best experience one can have in Athens, lots of beautiful places.
