5.00This private transportation is so much better than a bus or shared transportation. They are ready and waiting for you at the airport. Very professional and reliable. We had the same driver to and from the airport. He was very friendly and the SUV was clean and air conditioned with plenty of space for our family and luggage. The cost was so worth it. We will never do it any other way in the future! Highly recommend this service to anyone!

4.00We recently scheduled a round trip transfer from the airport to our hotel. When booking the transfer, we booked a private shuttle in a Suburban and were told there would be someone at the airport holding an iPad with our names on it. However, when we got the the airport there was no one to be found, either holding an iPad with our name or anyone with a shirt or anything reflecting the name of the company. We asked an airport employee where we could find the company and he had never heard of them, we asked other transportation companies and they were also unsure who we were talking about. Finally the employee came over to us with a very nice man and said that was who we were looking for. He said our car would be there in 4 minutes but we waited and waited and waited for close to 20 minutes. Finally a van showed up not the Suburban we booked. The driver was very nice, very informative and gave us tons of history about the island. We didn’t mind the van but the airport experience was less than ideal. The company was very responsive when I inquired on our pick up time to return to the airport and the pick up was very smooth. The driver was on time and arrived in a black Suburban.
