5.00We traveled to St. Thomas for a girls’ birthday celebration with a group of 10 ladies and needed reliable transportation that could comfortably accommodate all of us as we explored the island together. We chose VIP Platinum Services, and owner Adrienne King was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning. Adrienne responded quickly to all of our questions, helped us select the perfect Sprinter van, and coordinated ideal pickup and drop-off times. The pricing was very reasonable for the level of service we received. We had the same wonderful driver, Ben, for our entire stay. He was consistently early, always smiling, and genuinely went out of his way to help with anything we needed. He took great care of our group and made us feel safe and well looked after the whole time. I was honestly sad to say goodbye to him on our departure day! We absolutely highly recommend VIP Platinum Services and will definitely book with them again on our next trip to St. Thomas.

Myself and a group of girls were there for a bachelorette trip and having their van services made things so much easier and enjoyable! Adrienne had such amazing recommendations that made our trip fantastic! We had Ken as our driver for the majority of the trip and he was absolutely lovely!! Always so timely and communicative, he made sure we were always on time for things we had scheduled and was such a lovely person!! Definitely recommend booking them for your trip!

Adrienne and her team, Ken, were consistently communicative, reliable, flexible, and punctual. We experienced the Suburban and sprinter van; both cars were clean, spacious, and modern. They provided great recommendations for the area (restaurants, nightlife, beaches), and information about the geography, culture, and history of St. Thomas. 5.00My Virgin Island platinum services was very positive. They were easy to communicate with and very professional. I use them for transportation to and from the airport for my large family gathering. We used multiple cars and the drivers were courteous and prompt. Some of our party had flight issues and were delayed, and they were very accommodating in adjusting Scheduled pick up times. I would highly recommend using their services.

5.00We used this service from the airport, on the car barge with drop off at our villa on St John for our family of 8. Ken was amazing…great communication at the airport, cold drinks, luggage assistance , comfy ride and got us directly on an almost full car ferry! What a relaxing way to arrive after a long travel day. Was a good value and will definitely use again. Highly recommend!
