5.00Juan was, without question, the best tour guide we have ever had. From before we even arrived in Seoul, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly organised. He contacted us via WhatsApp in advance, provided detailed daily itineraries, and kept us informed about everything we would be doing each day. What truly set Juan apart was his compassion and flexibility. My husband has health challenges, and Juan constantly adjusted the tour pace, schedule, and activities to ensure he was comfortable and able to fully enjoy the experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. His service was completely personalised to our needs. If we wanted to change plans during the day, he happily adapted the itinerary without any fuss. This level of flexibility made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. 5.00Jun is young & vibrant - so happy to share his home city with us. His timing was perfect! He knew exactly when to arrive places to make our trip extra special. Somehow we skipped all the lines which allowed us to see more. Jun was always a step ahead anticipating when we would need water, a bathroom, a snack. Jun’s speaks English very well and we really enjoyed our time with him. Highly recommend!

5.00Our guide Jun was very accommodating,flexible and adjusted tour when faced with traffic congestion and truly sought to help us maximize our Seoul experience. He had numerous good suggestions, helped us with transportation after he was finished, Jun truly went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. 5.00Jinny Kim was our guide and she provided excellent helpful information and entertaining stories along the way. We covered A LOT of ground during the tour. The visit to the temple, palace and square were all excellent and we had enough time at those places. We also sampled some great food at the market and had a pleasant experience in Insadong for lunch with a quick stop to have a 1 minute caricature made. The Hanbok rental is chaotic but it was a busy time due to cherry blossom season. Would recommend this tour to others! Just a note, you don’t go up the N Seoul tower but you see nice views of the tower and city during that portion of the tour. The tea ceremony was a highlight as well! Our hostess was very gracious and informative. Our driver was also excellent at picking us up at various stops quickly

5.00We did the private tour in Seoul with Sophia and had an incredible time. We visited the main sites in Seoul. It was holiday season, so everything was super busy but Sophia made sure we visited all the places on time. She was super knowledgeable, flexible and just a really nice person to spend the day with. As a bonus, she also takes really high-quality photos.
