5.00Kareem was there on time and drove us to Lindt in clean comfortable vehicle. He had secured the tickets to the tour and advised us on shopping options. At the end he was on time to return us back to hotel. A 5 star experience!

1.00BEWARE: Tickets to the Lindt museum are NOT purchased ahead of time and therefore entry is NOT guaranteed with this tour as implied. Our disappointing story: The driver texted us the morning of the tour requesting to pick us up early, which should have been the first red flag for a scheduled tour time. Upon arrival at the Lindt museum the driver parked and said he had to come inside with us to get our tickets, another red flag. The screen at reception stated the tickets were sold out for the day and the driver took a photo of the screen and excused himself outside to make a phone call. He returned 5 minutes later to tell us that there was an "issue" with our tickets and we would not be able to tour the museum today. He got someone claiming to be the owner of the tour company on the phone to speak to me and the man advised he would issue a refund immediately. 3 weeks later we are still chasing the company for a refund. Before we left we asked the Lindt reception if any more tickets would be released for the day. She said tickets are released every morning at opening - save yourself the money, hassle, and disappointment of booking this tour and get tickets yourself.

5.00Communication between the driver, Said and ourselves was excellent. Prompt pick up from our hotel and driven directly to Lindt. The Lindt museum tour was also excellent, learning about the history of Switzerland’s chocolate industry whilst given the chance to taste test many flavours along the way. Prompt pick up from Said after our visit.

5.00Driver was friendly and nice to talk to. We purchase the tour as the Lindt site directly shows sold out but clearly they were selling tickets day of so if you don’t mind gambling I’d suggest just try and show up but if not the hotel transfer was very convenient and quick.
