What To Expect
During pick-up, your assigned driver will hold a sign with your name or your organization’s name/logo on an iPad or printed board. You will also receive the driver’s name, contact number, and vehicle details (model, plate number) in advance via message or email. Our routes are usually the most efficient and direct ones to ensure you arrive on time. However, if you would prefer a more scenic route or need stops along the way, we are happy to accommodate your request — just let us know in advance. All vehicles are luxury Toyota Alphard or Vellfire models — clean, climate-controlled, and very comfortable. Bottled water, tissues, and phone charging are available onboard. Fuel surcharge applies only to out-of-town rentals and is calculated as 15 liters of AI-95 gasoline per 100 km.
Gratuities (tips) are not included and are optional. You may tip the driver at your discretion if you’re satisfied with the service.
Extra luggage beyond the standard limit may incur an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing large or multiple bags
If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s weight limit, extra charges may apply. To avoid issues, please check your luggage weight in advance
An extra $10 fee applies for every 10 km beyond Zone A from the airport. This charge ensures fair pricing for extended distance drop-offs outside the main city area.
Parking fees may include waiting time. If delays are due to the passenger, an extra fee of $15 per hour applies. This is added under “Parking Fees” to cover extended waiting costs.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00We received excellent services from both the 24/7 operator and our driver Lkhagvaa. Our flight from Tokyo was supposed to get in Ulaanbaatar around 9pm, but was diverted to Beijing due to weather/mechanical issue, stuck there for over 4 hours and eventually arrived at Ulaanbaatar at 4:20am. Super long and exhausting trip for us and two kids, but the operator was very helpful with communications throughout the time and the driver stayed at the airport whole night waiting for us, to which we were very impressed and grateful. We are going to book the same service from this company again for returning to the airport, and will definitely recommend them to anyone we know who will visit Ulaanbaatar in the future.

5.00This experience was really great, The drivers in this company is very friendly and outgoing. The admission fees are very generous, its cost effective and you could ask the drivers about anything then they would guide you. Length of visit is very flexible and You get to your destination pretty fast. And the atmosphere inside the car is very sleek and comfortable. This service is very safe and best for going around the city and countryside. The service i got from them while going to school has been a very great experience, and you bond with the drivers as you keep going with them.

5.00I would like to mention one thing regarding these vehicle services. According to Mongolia’s traffic regulations, vehicles are supposed to have the steering wheel on the left side. However, many right-hand drive vehicles imported second-hand from Japan are still being used in public service. I would recommend that you choose vehicles that meet proper safety standards.
