Embark with Nicolas, a passionate local guide, for a 1h30 boat trip that will immerse you in the rich and captivating history of Saint-Malo. Born into a fishing family, Nicolas knows every corner of the bay and enthusiastically shares the stories that shaped the privateer city: from the great sea battles to the growth of commerce, through the historic transformations of its fortifications.
From the sea, you will discover exceptional perspectives on the city of Alet (cradle of the city), the ramparts, the outport, the 4 maritime forts passing in particular very close to the national fort and Fort du Petit Bé. Thanks to Nicolas’ detailed explanations, you will understand why Saint-Malo is such an emblematic city of French maritime history.
This guided tour is ideal for those who wish to enrich their stay with historical knowledge of the area, all in a friendly atmosphere and in small group.

We embarked on a 1.5-hour boat excursion with Nicolas, a passionate guide who knows the area and the sites of the bay well, resulting in very good current and historical information. Comfortable boat with a maximum of 13 passengers, ideal for a more family-oriented outing.

Commentator extremely rude and arrogant. No control over group of passengers whom roamed around the boat. Will never use this company again

Nicola runs a very nice boat tour of Dinard and St Malo coast. It was very informative without so much detail as to be boring. I would recommend it to friends.

A little tricky to find ( but maybe that was just me) but Nicholas was fantastic, a great tour of St Malo getting to know its history from the oceanside perspective. Highly recommend for value and unique experience.

Very nice experience Excellent welcome! Very friendly person, informative comments, and interesting anecdotes. Nice little touches on the boat: coffee and small Breton cakes. Thank you for everything!

A very good stay to have in Saint Malo, and I recommend a guide for the walking tour. lois.guide@outlook.com to book your tour and see what she offers as well.

Great walk in the bay of Saint Malo, with family on Nicolas's boat. The meeting point is clear, at the foot of the Solidor Tower in Saint Servan. The views are magnificent, both of the ramparts of Saint Malo and the beautiful villas of Dinard, the islands of Petit Bé and Grand Bé. Nicolas is passionate about history and shares little stories that keep you engaged. He adapts to his audience, whether children or adults. And the highlight, a small coffee and Breton galettes to accompany. I recommend it!
