Our experience is curated by our own professional chef to show off our city's exciting food scene. The bites our groups will try include award-winning cheeses, salamis, chocolates, and chicken sandwiches.
We also provide carefully researched facts about Salt Lake City's development, including the role played by native American tribes, Latter-Day Saint pioneers, and various immigrant cultures. The walk takes us through a beautiful stretch of downtown, where we'll also see a great deal of public art.

What a wonderful way to experience Salt Lake City for us 1st timers. Food tours may be our new favorite way to explore a new city. If in doubt, just do it! Your tastebuds will thank you. We are already planning to recreate some of the unique dishes Ray set us up to experience on the tour. Ray’s tour was a treat to spend the afternoon learning and tasting our way through the beautiful city of Salt Lake City with our family.

This was a great food experience. Ray was our tour guide. He is a chef in the city. He took us to some amazing places downtown including a market. He was very knowledgable about the ingredients in the market. He gave us great food recommendations for the rest of our trip. Very friendly and approachable. My partner and I really enjoyed this tour.

We are Utah locals that wanted to explore Salt Lake City in a different way than we usually do. Ray was very knowledgeable about the food culture of the city. As foodies and home cooks, we were introduced to the history behind the food we were eating. Ray is also well connected with other chefs in the city, so it was interesting to learn about some of those people he knew. The food was great, too!

There were only my husband and I . We met at a grocery store Caputo’s . Our guide , Ray gave each of us two pieces of chocolate, 2 pieces of meat, 2 pieces of cheese, and potato chips. Then walked to Pago”s Pizza we had margarita pizza and we each got a cocktail with moon gin . We did get to take what pizza was left home (4 slices)Then we walked to Pretty Bird and our guide gave us each a half of a chicken sandwich. Gem that was the end of the tour. We have taken lots of food tours . Lots of food and drink tours . You eat and taste allot. You taste and drink differ things . This was not worth $288.00 at all. Ray was super nice . I hate to write a bad review but money is money. We didn’t eat or drink $50.00. So disappointing. The girl at the first stop asked when I was buying stems how we liked the tour I told her how much it cost and what we did and she said I know we gave you samples here of chocolates and cheese . I thought you would have more other place to eat and drink .

Went on an amazing food tour with Ray. The food was excellent and Ray was so knowledgeable about the food scene in Salt Lake City. I have been on many food tours, and this one was the absolute best!

I had a reservation for my daughter and myself, but 2 days before the tour was to be they cancelled it because they could not get a tour guide. I am glad they did.....got the refund and after looking at what you got to eat....3 things and one of them being chocolate.....not worth $150.00 a person.

Our tour guide Ray who is also the owner was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable on every aspect of food and beverage. One of our stops was at his restaurant “The Tasting Room” which I highly recommend.
