Hike was certainly challenging but doable. We appreciated the water and bananas and other snacks provided. Right at 3 hours to finish the 6 miles. Great views. Easy to catch the bus back to Fira if you stay in Oiya for lunch.

We had a great time on the hike. Kathrin is very friendly and professional. She’s very knowledgeable of the area and provided much information along the way. She was very prepared with drinks and snacks for us to have along the way. The hike is paced out nicely so you have time to stop for breaks and photos. Highly recommended.

We did the Fira to Oia hike today with SantoriniExperts, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The tour was amazing from start to finish. Our guide, Katerina, was fantastic and played a huge part in making the experience so enjoyable. Our guide was outstanding. Not only did she lead us along the trail, but she also shared the history, culture, geology, and local stories of Santorini in a way that made the entire walk even more enjoyable. We learned so much and gained a much deeper appreciation for the island. The views were incredible, but what really made the experience special was our guide's knowledge, personality, and attention to detail. She even went above and beyond by arranging a water taxi ride back to the port so we could make it back to our cruise ship without any stress. If you're visiting Santorini and want more than just beautiful scenery, I highly recommend SantoriniExperts. This was a well-organized, informative, and memorable experience that we won't forget.

Had an amazing morning with our guide Lily. We were so lucky that we were the only ones in the tour group so had the experience of a personal tour. Lily gave us lots of informative historical facts and myths along the whole hike. I asked lots of questions which she was happy to provide her knowledge to. The hike itself was fantastic, some parts were challenging so you need a reasonable amount of good fitness, we managed to complete ahead of its normal schedule given it was just my daughter and I. The views along the way were spectacular especially as we had such a beautiful hot sunny day and the sea was so blue. Lily was happy to take photos of us along the way. Such a friendly loveable guide. When we reached Oia she gave us information about where to find WC, taxi bus stand and locate iconic spots. Here we said goodbye as we spent the rest of the day in Oia for sunset and did not take ride back to Fira. . I am so glad I chose a tour for this hike and highly recommend it. Thank you so much Lily we really enjoyed our time with you.

Quite arduous. The guide moves you right along without many stops which may be difficult for elderly or out of shape. Lots of very interesting information and awesome views! Overall very good experience

This was a great way to take in the natural and human-made beauty of Santorini. Our guide, Lilly, provided us with excellent geological and historical background of the island from pre-history to the present. The 4-hour walk itself was quite hilly but appropriate for us (early 60s, in pretty good shape). A transfer back to the starting point was included.

Ready to do Santorini’s famous walk, a 6+ mile hike connecting Fira to Oia along the edge of the volcanic caldera? It passes right through Imerovigli. Everything I read online and in guidebooks talked about the 360 degree sunrise or sunset from the peak in Oia. But no where did I see the advice I am sharing! The trail is narrow and consists of fist sized volcanic rocks and tiny rocks that are slippery and difficult to keep your footing on. We were prepared with good hiking shoes and plenty of water. (There are few places to get water, no shade and no where to sit and rest.) We went to see the sunset and it was not crowded in October. There also were no donkeys in the fall, frequently mentioned in reviews. So we hiked the 5+ miles over rough terrain from Imerovigli to Oia, for over 3.5 hours. The sunset was beautiful! But what I wish someone had told us to do, was to take the bus from Fira to Oia (2 euros) then hike up to the church on the peak from Oia. View the spectacular views and hike back to Oia. This would have been a 1 hour hike uphill and less than an hour back downhill. And our feet would not have felt the wear and tear of the rough rocks. We walked over 80 miles while visiting Greece for 3 weeks, and were prepared for the hike. But it wasn’t necessary to see the incredible views. We asked a number of local residents much younger than us, if they had hiked the trail, and they all laughed and said “NO!”

This is a must do hike in Santorini. Our guide Lily was very informative and friendly. Be ready for long hike but the scenery is worth it. Having transportation included back to Fira was great. I would highly recommend this tour.

This was such an awesome experience. The walk itself was a beautiful experience but unfortunately the weather was not on our side (it was still mesmerising). However, the hospitality that Elle and Victoria showed to us after we were drenched was heartwarming. They provided us with warm towels and a ride back to our respective hotels. They went above and beyond to look after us and make sure we were comfortable. Hats off to you both. I will definitely be rebooking with you next time I come :)
