What To Expect
Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park
A place where the lowlands and highlands meet, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park is made up of rolling lowland landscapes, scenic lochs and dramatic mountains. The highland area is home to vast oak woodlands, secretive deer, soaring birds of prey and mischievous red squirrels. Dotted amongst the famed scenery are a number of fascinating historic sites such as the tranquil ruins of Inchmahome Priory on an island in the middle of the Lake of Menteith, and Balloch Castle Country Park, which has hosted bands such as Oasis and R.E.M.
The Kelpies & The Helix
The Helix Park is The Home of The Kelpies - the largest equine sculptures in the world. Located between Falkirk and Grangemouth, the park was created as a space for the communities in the Falkirk area to come together. The park not only brings together people from different parts of Scotland and the UK, but we also welcome people from all over the world who come to see the Kelpies and enjoy a 5-star visitor experience.
