This was to have been a dream trip for my wife and I. One of the important factors for my wife was that there was a rest room on the coach. Our hotel rep assured us there would be. There was not. Consequently my wife drank next to nothing for over 8 hours. We didn't have breakfast as the brochure stated that bottled water and morning snack would be provided. That turned out to be 1 bottle of warm water and no snack. When I questioned the tour guide about this she replied that she knew nothing about a snack but that she had a breakfast, would I like hers. I of course declined. It was a full coach. Full that is of Chinese and Indians. We were the only Americans on board. The guide, Kaka, was Chinese and the majority of the dialogue was in chinese with a bit of English which she repeated twice. I guess that was for our benefit and for the Indians who I imagine she assumed spoke English. At the Grand Canyon we waited 20 minutes while Kaka dealt with tickets for those going on side trips. The Grand Canyon, I have to say was all we had expected. We loved it. The return trip to Las Vegas was 2 and a half hours. No rest stop and no water. I would strongly advise anyone reading this review not to book with this company unless of course you speak Chinese. I have since found out that GO123HOPPER is part of CHD.Inc . Chinese Host Destinations. We should never have been put on that coach.
