He also gave us wonderful backgrounds of the food we were eating as well as a very informative discussion of the cultural and economic development of Singapore. The time flew by quickly and we really treasured the time spent on this tour. We will look for Colin again when we return

5.00We have been to Singapore several times before but weren’t sure what to order at the Hawker markets. Mark was a great guide, really informative about Singapore overall as well as the cuisine. He arranged for us to taste lots of different foods which we would never had the opportunity to try if we were on our own. We had a really great trip and would highly recommend giving it a try.
