4.00After searching through the internet, I zeroed down to Devine Holidays for my three days trip to KL in the month of June 2019. We were a family of 7 and I wanted a tour operator who is flexible enough. I directly talked to Mr Shiva and booked my tour from India itself. Mr Shiva was very responsive and also gave us some valuable advice since it was our first tour to Malaysia. After coming out from the Airport, we were received by one person (i Can't recall his name) who seemed to be much arrogant. I thought I have made a wrong decision if this person is going to accompany us for three days. Thankfully, his duty was only to receive us. We were greeted in the vehicle by our Guide cum Driver, Mr Ravi who is a wonderful person. No amount of appreciation would be enough for Mr Ravi as he kept us entertained and made our tour memorable. I would specifically like to mention one incident. Since he (Ravi) was pre-occupied with some family issues, he told us that someone else would come to drop us at airport. Before leaving for airport, we realized that we have lost an expensive wrist watch. Since Ravi had not come that day, I called him up and asked him to check if the watch was in the vehicle. Ravi called us back informing that he has found the watch on the back seat. Not only did he give an excellent example of integrity, he waited for us on our way to Airport and handed the watch to us. This despite he was busy with some family issues. I can only say that our KL tour was made memorable by Devine Holidays and more so by Mr Ravi. Salute Mr Ravi. You are a great person.
