5.00Douglas was very knowledgeable & it was clear that he had done his research. Courteous in relation to people being able to hear and understand him. Gave health and safety advice on the way round. Considered the impact of the weather ensuring that when he spoke to us there was plenty of shade. Thoroughly recommend this walking tour, excellent value for money
