I joined this tour hoping to discover coffee shops that I likely would not have visited on my own. The experience exceeded my expectations, offering not only exceptional coffee but also fascinating insights into the history of the Kanda area and the evolution of coffee culture over the years. Toyo was an outstanding guide—knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the subject. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in exploring Tokyo’s coffee scene while gaining a deeper appreciation of the area’s rich history.

Amazing! Absolutely amazing! This was one of the best tours I've ever taken, definitely the best in Japan. Tomoyo is very knowledgeable about coffee, but it was also an amazing learning experience about Japan's history. And above all, Tomoyo is a wonderful person, so the tour was so much fun to be a part of—very warm and made you discover wonderful cafes in Tokyo. You don't want to miss this experience while in Tokyo!!

This coffee tour was an outstanding experience. My guide Tomoyo-san was highly knowledgeable and clearly demonstrated a deep passion for coffee. The itinerary included many cool coffee shops which had delicious and tasty coffee. I was very caffeinated on this tour and now know a lot of cool coffee spots. Furthermore, the Tomoyo-san's engaging, easy-to-talk-to demeanor made the entire tour fun and memorable. There was a lot of laughs, unique experience, with delicious coffee that made this tour and ultimately my trip in Japan memorable. I hope one day Tomoyo-san opens a coffee shop and that'll be my hangout spot whenever I'm in Tokyo. I highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing time on this tour. Honestly, 10/10 experience. If you enjoy coffee, good conversation, and discovering a different side of Tokyo, this is absolutely worth it. Tomoyo was fantastic. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal while also sharing a ton of knowledge about Japanese coffee culture. We got to try several different types of coffee and learn about the brewing process, flavors, and the history of the neighborhoods, which made it feel like more than just a coffee tour. Tomoyo is my favorite Japanese person.

I'd really recommend this tour. We really enjoyed our experience, and Tomoyo-san worked hard to ensure this - with good communication both before, and during, the experience. We explored places we'd never have discovered alone and learned lots along the way. It was an enjoyable morning doing an unusual activity in Tokyo - thanks a lot to Tomoyo!

We had a fantastic time with our guide Tomoyo! Even as someone who didn't know much about coffee going in, the tour was very well crafted to provide an enjoyable and personal experience. We got to walk around various places and learn a about coffee history and try some great and unique brews in the area. Tomoyo was also such a pleasure to be around; very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and our experience. Would highly recommend! Wear comfortable shoes, and consider sharing a coffee with a friend or partner if you want to try all the different places without overdoing the caffeine!
