1.00Told they would pick us up as soon as we stepped off the boat. WRONG...took us 30 min to discover we had to find our way into some bus station in town. We almost missed our bus. In Rome, our guide took us so far away from town to a place she suggested for lunch (mediocre) we only had time to see the Forum.....NOTHING ELSE!!!! Perhaps our only trip to Rome and it was pathetic. I've tried and tried to get Shore-Experience to respond to my concerns and NOTHING. Don't chance this company ruining your special day.

1.00On your web site you stated it was an escorted tour. All it was was transportation to Rome by bus and then they put you on a on off bus. Very disappointing/. I would like my money back

5.00I wanted to tour Rome, but had to remain within my budget. I traveled solo on this tour without any problems. Rome is a very busy metropolis. Hopping off, visiting sites, then re-boarding is less stressful than renting a vehicle and driving in congested traffic.
