5.00Timely pickup. Drive was comfortable. Not as much air condition as Americans are used to, but that is the case in Rome. Overall satisfied.
Overall I had the best experience this time and any other time I have used Trip Advisor. Highly recommend them to anyone

5.00Trip advisor went out of their way to accommodate us, due to a mix up on my behalf. I gave them the wrong pick up time, but they went out of there way to come back two hours later when I was able to get off the ship I was on. The driver was so nice and helped with all our luggage. Very very happy with the service.
