On the first day, you'll visit the impressive Blair Castle, the charming Highland village of Pitlochry, the magical ruins of Clava Cairns and the historic Culloden Battlefield. Edinburgh to Inverness
Blair Castle & Gardens
You'll have at least an hour to explore this historic castle, parts of which date back 600 years. Our guide will accompany you into the castle to tell you about it as you walk around.
Pitlochry
Lunch will be in the pretty Highland village of Pitlochry. You'll be able to explore this village and its lunch options on your own.
Clava Cairns
You'll have a chance to explore these 4,000 year old ruined tombs and standing stones which reportedly inspired Diana Gabaldon to write the book series which became the television show Outlander.
Culloden Battlefield
At Culloden Battlefield, your guide will take you for a walk on to the field and tell you the tragic history of the battle, before allowing you free time to explore the museum there.
Inverness to Edinburgh
Loch Ness
At Loch Ness, you'll take a cruise on the loch for 30 minutes, then have an hour in the romantic ruins of Urquhart Castle.
Glenfinnan Viaduct
At this iconic viaduct, known commonly as the "Harry Potter Bridge" you'll take a short walk up a hill for spectacular views.
Glencoe
At Glencoe, you'll have plenty of time to explore this spectacular steep-sided valley, one of the unmissable sights of Scotland.
Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park
