5.00Giacomo (Jack) was the best part of this tour. He made it easy to find him in the middle of crowds of people waiting to get in to the Ufizzi gallery. While the gallery is a great place to experience, it is too much to understand if you don't have a guide. Giacomo (Jack) not only told us the gallery history but included the stories behind the art, sculpture, and architecture. He communicates in a way any non-art expert can understand. He is friendly, personable, and a teacher, all in one. Request Jack ... he's the best!

5.00Tour guide Francesco was friendly, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. We were the only ones on the tour that day. He spoke very good English and provided a great tour of the museum and told us many facts we would not have known if we had done this on our own. He showed us around the city center and gave us good recommendations for lunch and gelato. Highly recommend.
